The UCLA basketball team is in Hangzhou, China, preparing for its season opener against Georgia Tech.
Ball, Cody Riley and Jalen Hill are accused of stealing from a Louis Vuitton store that is located next to the team’s hotel.
Chinese police were called to the UCLA and Georgia Tech team hotel and inspected the UCLA team bus, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution:

“We are aware of the matter involving UCLA student-athletes and we are gathering more information,” UCLA said in a statement. “The University is cooperating fully with local authorities on this matter, and we have no further comment at this time.”
The Bruins are set to play Georgia Tech on Friday.
