The four-time MVP’s 26,946 points passed former MVP and two-time NBA Champion Hakeem Olajuwon. Olajuwon averaged 21.8 points per game during his NBA career which eventually ended up in the Basketball Hall of Fame.

James has averaged better than 27 points per game since entering the league in 2003-2004. He is also the only player in NBA history in the top 10 of career points and top 20 of career assists.
