OH, I SEE. NICOLE KIDMAN APPEARS ON the cover of your magazine with accompanying text declaring her fight for privacy. To help her in this battle, I will avoid reading your article about her. Additionally, I will willingly refuse to read any future articles concerning Kidman or her husband. Hope they win!

I RECENTLY ATTENDED NICOLE KIDMAN’S new play, ““The Blue Room,’’ in New York and I was thoroughly impressed with her performance, but what happened after the show impressed me even more. After exiting onto the street, my wife and I saw a large group of people waiting at the stage door for Kidman to come out. We decided to stay and see what she would do. About an hour later Kidman finally emerged, accompanied by her husband, Tom Cruise. They walked up and down each of the two lines of people, signing autographs, shaking hands, waving and smiling. Cruise came right up and shook my hand, which really made our night special. It was great to see Cruise and Kidman give something back to the fans who love their work. My respect and admiration for these two talented actors were augmented by their actions that night.
